Tracing the Letter n

Young writers get plenty of practice with lowercase letter n as they watch the magic pencil. Consider creating a "magic pencil" for your class, and inviting willing participants up to demonstrate proper handwriting skills. They try their skills at both tracing the letter and writing it independently, then fill in some CVC words which include the letter n. Clarify that not all words necessarily need n to be completed.
