The Saskatoon Board of Education provides teachers with this collection of grade eight math performance stations. Although several of the stations have been designed as assessment tools for the Saskatchewan curriculum, teachers may also find them useful as introductory activities, practice activities, or centre activities. The stations are organized into five strands: Numbers and Operations, Geometry/Measurement, Ratio and Proportion, Data Management and Algebra. Each strand comes with a downloadable file with teacher notes, as well as one or two files that contain the performance stations themselves. Please note that several of the html version of the documents just contain a sampling of the performance stations. The pdf version contains all of the stations, including worksheets, graph paper, templates and charts for recording activities.
