Molly Bang's book, When Sophie Get's Angry-Really, Really Angry, provides young scholars with positive ways of dealing with anger. When students explore their own methods of dealing with anger and then talk and write about new ways of expressing that anger, they use their writing as a vehicle into their own thinking processes. This on-line prompt encourages young scholars to generate writing ideas as a way of reflection, especially in the area of expressing feelings and modifying behavior.
