An article relaying vital information about health and nutrition are the backbone of this lesson on eating the right foods. A series of activities are used to help upper graders understand the science supporting our understanding of what is and what is not a healthy food. They read, listen, fill in the blanks, and have a discussoin. Note: This lesson may not keep the interest of an upper grader and would probably be better suited for grades 5-8.
