Students explore bar and line graphs. For this data collection, graphing, and weather lesson, students compare bar and line graphs and discuss which type of graph would be most appropriate for displaying a ten day weather forecast. Students view the "Weather Channel" to obtain a ten day forecast for their area, and use the grid paper template of their Smart Board to construct a graph from the data collected.
