Many young mathematicians skip problems like this because they just don't want to do the work to figure it out. A series of fractions and decimal numbers that they have to put in some order. So they have to do some converting and if long division is involved many definitely skip these problems. Hopefully this video will help encourage your scholars to keep working hard and not automatically skip problems they think are hard.
