Instructional Ideas
- Consider creating a graphic organizer on which pupils can note down ideas during this strategy; the stopping points can be quoted in one column, and the three main questions can be the titles of three additional columns
Classroom Considerations
- You may wish to provide a bit of background on the play before beginning, focusing on its relationship with Hamlet
Pros

- The plan scaffolds the exercise by starting the strategy as a whole class and then asking learners to continue individually
Cons
- None
