Instructional Ideas
- Lead a discussion on whether the theoretical and the experimental probabilities will ever be the same
Classroom Considerations
- The class should understand basic probability
- Individuals should know the value of pi
- This resource is only available on an unencrypted HTTP website. It should be fine for general use, but don’t use it to share any personally identifiable information
Pros
- The handout provides guidance on how to run the simulation
- Provides suggestions to the teacher of how to use the applet
